Plumbing Renovation For A Historic University Residence
CIMCO provided plumbing services associated with the kitchen and bathroom renovations at the Marshall University President’s House in Huntington, West Virginia. Built in 1923, the historic residence underwent a major renovation in 2015–16 to update the home while preserving its architectural character.
CIMCO’s scope focused specifically on the plumbing work required for the renovated kitchen and bathroom areas, coordinating new and updated plumbing components with the surrounding finishes and renovation work.

CIMCO performed the plumbing work associated with the renovation of the President’s House kitchen and bathroom areas.
The completed spaces incorporated updated plumbing fixtures and connections within newly renovated interiors, requiring careful coordination with cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures and other finish work within the historic residence.
